We believe a group of individuals, with unique expertise, equipped with the deep understanding of this moment we're in and an ability to successfully navigate the Humanity Gap, will create the best solutions for their unique situation. The difference is, they will be creating multi-value solutions. This distinction makes all the difference.

HUMANITY AFFIRMING EXPERTS

We've assembled a network of subject matter experts who've traversed the Humanity Gap and have extensive experience in organizations. This is unique because most trainings are taught by individuals coming from an academic (not experiential) place or vice versa. We distinguish ourselves by being experts with experience.

Our aim is to operationalize insights. It's an extremely high bar.

In addition to having expertise in organizational dynamics, we place an emphasis on as many altitudes in as many industries as possible. In order to guide others as they evolve from a single value system to a multi-value system, a deep understanding of the single value system is required. Understanding it from multiple perspectives in multiple industries is a prerequisite of our guides. For example, our founder has worked in the nonprofit consulting, creative arts, public enterprise, private and nonprofit industries at the Board, executive and operator altitudes.

The more deeply you understanding our single value system, the more deftly you can navigate through it and evolve into a multi-value system. Our experts understand how systems evolve in organizations from multiple angles.

what is the difference?

Think of the last leadership development 3-day or lunch and learn you attended. In our experience, they're great at producing insights, but poor in delivering long-term results. We aim to solve for that. Our programs are designed to operationalize insights, not just produce them.

Leadership today is very difficult. On top of the normal challenges of leading, the paradigm shift we're living through significantly exacerbates that challenge.
