REFUND POLICY

At Human Possible, we are committed to providing valuable leadership development programs, courses, and resources. We also believe in clarity and transparency about our policies.

No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any of our programs, courses, coaching, or digital products.

Why We Have This Policy

Our programs and courses provide immediate access to digital content, including:

  • Course materials and video content
  • Coaching frameworks and methodologies
  • Digital downloads and resources
  • Community platform access (for applicable programs)
  • Live session recordings
  • Proprietary tools and assessments

Once you enroll, you gain instant access to these materials. Because of the immediate nature of digital delivery and the value of the intellectual property provided, we cannot offer refunds.

Making an Informed Decision

Before you enroll in any Human Possible program or service, we encourage you to:

  • Review the program details carefully — We provide comprehensive information about what's included, the time commitment, and what you can expect

  • Consider your commitment — Our programs require active participation and engagement to be valuable

By enrolling, you acknowledge that:

  • You understand that no refunds will be provided for any reason
  • You are committed to engaging with the material

Payment Plans

If you enroll in a program with a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments, regardless of:

  • Your level of participation in the program
  • Whether you complete the program
  • Your satisfaction with the program
  • Any changes in your personal circumstances

If you decide to discontinue a program while on a payment plan, you remain financially responsible for all remaining payments. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally make a duplicate purchase of the same product, contact us within 48 hours at hello@humanpossible.com and we will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction. This is the only circumstance under which a refund will be provided.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your program or materials due to an issue on our end, please contact us immediately at hello@humanpossible.com. We will work with you to resolve any technical problems promptly.

Technical issues on our end do not qualify for refunds, but we are committed to ensuring you have full access to the materials you've purchased.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly if you have any concerns about your purchase before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution.

Initiating a chargeback will result in:

  • Immediate loss of access to all Human Possible programs and services
  • Forfeiture of any remaining content or materials
  • Potential legal action to recover costs

We will provide your financial institution with proof of:

  • Your agreement to these Terms
  • Your access to and use of the program materials
  • The digital delivery of services
