You agree and warrant that all payment information and instruments used in connection with any Service are correct and that you are authorized to use such payment instrument. You hereby authorize Human Possible and our payment processor (Finix) to charge your payment method in accordance with the terms of your purchase.
If you enroll in a program with a payment plan, you agree to pay Human Possible the full amount specified in the payment plan in accordance with the schedule provided. You authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on the same day each month for the duration of the payment plan.

If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is lower.
You agree that you will contact us to discuss any concerns about your purchase prior to requesting a chargeback with your financial institution.
In the event you attempt to acquire a chargeback, you will immediately forfeit access to all products and services from Human Possible. We may present proof of your consent to these Terms and your access to the products and services to your financial institution.
Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed to the fullest extent possible.
All sales are final. Due to the immediate and direct access to our digital programs, courses, coaching, and resources, we do not offer refunds of any kind.
